FGTFS Tree Seedling Order Form 2010

Thank you for participating in the Farmers Growing Trees for Salmon program.

The form below is for pre-orders of 50 trees or more at the 2010 tree giveaway events.

This program is funded by grant dollars through Whatcom County Public Utility District #1. Tree recipients agree in good faith to plant trees along riparian areas (creek & stream banks, ponds, wetlands etc.) for the purpose of improving water quality in our Whatcom County watersheds.  The information you provide below will help us track and monitor program effectiveness.

When you arrive to pick up your trees, please be prepared to dig the trees from the field and bundle them in plastic bags. We will not have the resources to pre-pack orders.

• Please wear sturdy shoes and bring a shovel and work gloves if you can.
• We will have volunteers on hand to assist with digging and bagging.
• Bags for transporting your trees will be provided.
• Please plan to plant your trees within 2-3 days for maximum health of the trees.
